When Licensable BearTM key guy Nat Gertler and his wife Lara had their first child, this also generated the first "fan art" for the character. Cartoonist Ryan Estrada, then working on the second issue of the comic book, had his team of "Ryan's Kids" (Tory, Kevin, Sarah, Joe, and Lucy) draw up their own variations. Those drawings were incorporated into the thank you note above.
